Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to customers and colleagues.
Assist customers, clean, fill, and rotate produce displays.
Maintain a clean, organized produce section and ensure proper rotate and shelf rotation.
Lift and move produce up to 60 pounds as required.
Follow safety, inventory, and visual merchandising practices to maintain a fresh selection for shoppers.
Qualifications
Read and write Spanish and English; interact with the general public and co‑workers.
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group settings.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Lift and move produce up to 60 lbs, stand and stoop for prolonged periods.
At least one year of experience in a grocery or retail store optional.
Preferred Skills
Basic PC and Outlook skills.
Retail Management Certificate.
