to represent our clients in a face-to-face retail environment while learning the foundations of sales, marketing, and leadership from the ground up.
This is an
entry-level opportunity
for motivated individuals who want long-term career growth, hands‑on training, and a clear path into leadership. No prior experience is required — advancement is strictly
performance-based .
Key Responsibilities
Execute face‑to‑face sales and marketing strategies in retail locations
Engage customers, build rapport, and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Professionally promote and represent client products and services
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Maintain strong product knowledge and assist with peer training as you grow
Communicate product comparisons clearly and confidently
Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team‑driven work environment
What We’re Looking For
Competitive, motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or leadership
Background in sports, hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus (not required)
Entrepreneurial mindset with goals to advance into management
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ pounds during retail events
