Alphalete Marketing
We are currently looking for proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Trainees to join our team. We are seeking individuals who enjoy working directly with customers and who take pride in delivering tailored customer engagement to help individuals find products that best fit their needs.
In this position, our Marketing Trainee will support both our marketing and sales teams in generating leads and building customer relationships. The role involves providing exceptional service, promoting products, and driving sales through effective face‑to‑face marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Promote products and services directly to customers
Represent the brand through direct marketing campaigns
Acquire new customers and sales leads
Act as the main point of contact for customer relations
Qualifications
Experience in customer‑facing roles (restaurant/service industry, retail, sales, customer service) preferred
Sales/customer service/marketing experience is a plus
Student mentality: the ability to continuously look to learn and grow
People person: great interpersonal skills are a plus
Problem solver: being solution‑oriented to help customers in all situations
Team player: ability to excel individually and as part of a team
