Job Description Lake Seminole Square offers a unique opportunity to work in a clean, lake‑view community, providing compassionate, hospitality‑focused transportation for seniors. As a full‑time driver, you will safely and timely transport residents to individual and group activities, community events, and medical appointments.

Essential Job Duties
Transport residents safely to scheduled activities, appointments, and events.
Complete a safety check of the vehicle before each trip.
Accurately record vehicle mileage and resident attendance for all scheduled transportation.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform basic arithmetic.
Valid driver’s license in the applicable state.
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) if applicable.
Clean driving record that meets company driver selection policy standards.
Courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude toward residents.
Ability to read, interpret, and follow map directions.
Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status, including MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and COVID‑19.
