Candidate works closely with Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director. Facility is very busy in the winter season and peak summer season. Job Requirements:
On the job experience of three years or more OR an associate or higher degree in culinary arts and two years or more of practical experience DESIRED. We are willing to consider different qualifications.
