Responsibilities
Conduct thorough termite inspections: identify issues and recommend solutions to customers.
Build rapport with homeowners: leverage sales skills to upsell additional services, especially the premium Sentricon system.
Hit sales targets: actively seek and seize opportunities to exceed monthly sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in pest control or a related field.
Pest Control or Termite Knowledge: previous experience or a solid understanding of termite behavior and treatments.
Customer‑first mentality: know how to make customers feel valued and keep them coming back.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
