Responsibilities
Provide inspection, testing, and repair services for fire sprinkler systems as part of our fire alarm monitoring services. Achieve total customer satisfaction by solving technical challenges in a friendly, caring, and efficient manner. Take full responsibility and ownership of all aspects of the work, including thorough inspection and testing of system components, correcting problems, and training customers on proper usage. Act as a professional ambassador of the company when interacting with customers and prospective customers, projecting professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. Qualifications / Skills
Positive attitude, honesty, integrity, dependability, loyalty, strong work ethic, pride in workmanship, and a team mindset. Good problem-solving abilities, methodical troubleshooting, and strong analytical skills to devise plans to complete tasks quickly. Familiarity with common fire suppression systems (wet, dry, chemical, etc.) Willingness to work overtime as needed. Colorado sprinkler technician licensing required; if not licensed, able to pass required tests for sprinkler fitter and backflow technician. Benefits
