Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Sous Chef to join our team at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in The Woodlands, TX. This is an on-site role that includes managing daily kitchen operations, assisting in menu planning, ensuring food preparation meets our high-quality standards, and maintaining kitchen safety and sanitation guidelines. The Sous Chef will also mentor, train, and support culinary staff in achieving excellence, while collaborating with other team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Qualifications

Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and high-volume kitchen operations

Leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to coach and manage kitchen staff

Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen cleanliness practices

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency

Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience is a plus

Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional dining experiences
