Responsibilities
Enforces house rules and conditions of lease agreement; informs tenants of proper reporting process for areas of concern; reports violations to Site Manager for appropriate follow-up.
Aids in resolution of conflicts between tenants; keeps Site Manager and Case Manager aware of tenant problems and any extraordinary incidents regarding tenants.
Maintains routine availability for emergency situations in conjunction with Site Manager.
Assists in maintenance of building security and all aspects of health and safety at site.
Listens and responds to tenants’ requests, suggestions and complaints to avoid and/or solve problems.
Adequately maintains lock and security systems; reports system failures to site manager immediately.
Schedule: Friday - Monday, 9:30pm - 8am (40 hours/week)
Salary: $17.50/hr - $20.00/hr
Qualifications
1 year of experience in a similar role
Experience working with seniors
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to de-escalate situations
Experience working with diverse populations
