Summary To engage a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and managing the pipeline of that sales team.

Essential Functions
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Responsible for pipeline management within the sales team
Measure and document sales team results to assure individuals are on target with their plan
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
Conduct annual performance reviews with each direct report
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representative
Build and promote strong, long‑lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans
Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
Drive sales innovation by participating in observed calls and customer visits with each sales member monthly
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
Generating and seeking out potential new customers and opportunities
Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, tablets, and CRM system

Position Type: Full‑time
Expected Hours of Work: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.; position may require long hours and frequent weekend work
Travel
Travel is primarily local to Dallas/Ft Worth, but will also be determined on customers and sales team territories around the state of Texas
