Required Education : Graduate of an ACPE accredited Doctor of Pharmacy Program Required Related Experience : Licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Kentucky Required License/Registration/Certification : Licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Kentucky Physical Requirements
Sitting and standing for long periods of time Walking, carrying, lifting up to 10 lbs Schedule
Monday – Friday; occasional night and weekend Job Summary
This fellowship will be located in Central City, Kentucky. Fellows participating in the program will learn how to lead community pharmacy-based patient care practice initiatives and to advocate and collaborate with various stakeholders to bring about change in pharmacy practice. Through real world experiences at their practice site in combination with opportunities at APCI and UKCOP, the fellow will gain the ability to function successfully as a leader in pharmacy dedicated to continuous professional development and practice advancement.
