Who We’re Looking For

5+ years residential roofing sales experience

Proven self-generation and closing ability

Professional, motivated, and tech-savvy

Comfortable with roof inspections

Carrying lifting Ladder, etc (50-75lbs)

What You Will Do:

Run high-quality, pre-set appointments and close residential roofing sales

Consistently self-generate new business through canvassing, networking, and outreach

Represent ARW at local events and within the community

Track leads, manage contracts, and follow up using CRM software (Acculynx a plus)

Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
