Driven to Deliver (What You’ll Do)

Hunt New Business: Research and target enterprise accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Madison Logic’s proprietary ABM data.

Multi‑Channel Outreach: Execute personalized cold emails, calls, LinkedIn messages, and video prospecting to generate interest.

Qualify & Book Meetings: Uncover pain points, align Madison Logic’s ABM solutions, and secure qualified discovery calls.

Demo & Close Deals: Run discovery demos, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close new logos.

Pipeline Management: Track all activity in Salesforce, maintain accurate data, and hit daily/weekly KPIs (100+ activities, 3–5 meetings booked/week).

Collaborate: Partner with AEs, Marketing, and Data teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.

Stay Sharp: Master ABM trends, competitive landscape, and Madison Logic’s platform to speak fluently with CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and Demand Gen leaders.

Equipped to Excel (Basic Qualifications)

University Degree, or equivalent experience.

5+ years successful experience selling B2B digital marketing solutions.

Knowledge of Madison Logic and/or Account Based Marketing is a huge plus.

A strong technical aptitude to pitch our technically advanced platform.

A consultative sales style, strong experience selling solutions and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Salary Range

Variable Comp: Commissions (Varies based on Quota).

We offer a mix of in‑office and hybrid working. Remote work arrangements are not available for all positions. Please refer to the job posting detail to determine what in‑office requirements apply.

Where applicable, hybrid WFH days work must be conducted from your home office located in a jurisdiction in which Madison Logic has the legal right to operate. WFH requires availability and responsiveness on a full‑time basis from a distraction‑free environment with access to high‑speed internet. Please inquire for more details.

Pay Transparency/Equity We are committed to paying our team equitably for their work, commensurate with their individual skills and experience. Salary Range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process taking into account the experience, education, certifications and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated team members, as well as employer‑verified region‑specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner.
