We are looking for driven Design Consultants who love design and the idea of being an entrepreneur within the resources of a global company. You will help clients transform their spaces with stylish, functional window treatments while building a high‑earning career.
Sign‑On Bonus For new Design Consultants who are part of the Hartford market, we offer a $3,000 sign‑on bonus: $1,500 paid after 30 days and an additional $1,500 paid after 60 days of service, good standing, and active employment with 3 Day Blinds.

Any sales roles, especially in home improvement/décor, and anything field based or in‑home.
Customer service focused backgrounds.
Hospitality – bartenders or waitstaff.
Teachers – put your superpowers to good use.
Security systems, solar, or related fields.
