This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Richmond, VA, for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will focus on identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, and promoting Cobotiq's innovative robotic solutions for the cleaning and facility management industry. Key responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, providing product training, offering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive the adoption of our solutions is a core aspect of this role. Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Proficiency in sales and sales management to identify opportunities, close deals, and achieve sales targets effectively. Experience in training and providing demonstrations to educate clients on product functionality and benefits. Passion for technology and innovation, with an understanding of autonomous robotics or familiarity with the cleaning or facility management industries being a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant work experience may substitute for education. Seniority Level
