Selling Sales Manager – Bath Remodeling About Lifespan Bath Remodel: Lifespan Bath Remodel has been a trusted Utah leader in bath conversions and remodeling, delivering high‑quality, low‑maintenance bath solutions and exceptional customer experiences. The company runs a proven, appointment‑based in‑home sales model using pre‑qualified leads and a structured sales system.

Role Overview This is a “player‑coach” leadership role. The Selling Sales Manager is responsible for keeping sales flowing through the company by both managing the sales team and personally selling in the home. Success in this role means hitting team quotas, maintaining strong demo and close rates, and continuously improving rep performance.

Employment type: Full‑time, 1099 commission‑only.

Expected income: Estimated $65 - $95,000+ per year, with upside based on company volume and personal performance.

Key Responsibilities

Hire, train, coach, and, when necessary, replace sales reps to maintain a top‑performing team.

Personally run in‑home sales appointments using the company’s proven presentation and sales system.

Work closely with Marketing/Events to match lead flow to sales capacity and ensure reps receive 1–2 set appointments per day.

Monitor and manage key metrics: demo rates (target 80%), close rates (25%+), rescission rates (under 20%), and average sale.

Rehash and follow up on unsold leads, cancellations, and prior customers to recover additional business.

Lead regular sales meetings:

Weekly or bi‑weekly performance reviews, numbers, and pipeline updates.

Ongoing training sessions focused on closing skills, objection handling, and system adherence.

Ensure every sales rep consistently follows the company’s in‑home sales process and financing/offering guidelines.

Partner with operations/installation to help set proper expectations and maintain customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven track record of in‑home sales success, ideally in bath, home improvement, or related remodeling trades.

Minimum 5 years of in‑home sales experience and 5 years of sales management or team‑lead experience.

Strong understanding of the construction or remodeling process and how it impacts scope, pricing, and timelines.

Excellent communication, coaching, and accountability skills with a “whatever it takes” leadership mindset.

Highly organized, data‑driven, and comfortable managing to quotas and KPIs.

Reliable transportation and willingness to drive across the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding areas for appointments and meetings.

Compensation

Commission‑based compensation structure.

Personal sales commissions on your own in‑home sales, plus overrides on team bath sales.

Estimated $65 - $95,000+ yearly income for a committed, high‑performing manager, with the potential to exceed this range as volume grows.
