Position Responsibilities

Execute strategic and tactical planning to meet client needs.

Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executives.

Establish and maintain project budgets, timelines, and administration to achieve profitability.

Internally work in tandem with the creative team to deliver high-quality, on-time branding and marketing solutions.

Contribute to new business opportunities, including idea contribution, research, and proposal preparation.

Forecast and track client account metrics.

Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Develop new opportunities to grow the client’s business through branding and marketing efforts.

Be aware of marketing trends and innovations.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements Essential Skills and Experience

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience.

3-5 years of advertising agency experience and a solid grasp of the fundamentals of marketing and advertising.

Experience in traditional marketing channels (print, television, radio, point of sale, promotions) as well as newer media like online marketing, social networking, blogs, etc.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation/pitch skills.

Proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.

Flexibility (e.g., the ability to handle an account where deadlines are tight and client preferences may change suddenly and with short notice).

The ability to work independently and function as a high-performing team member.

An innate desire to operate at the top of your game and deliver the best creative product.

Commitment to bringing consistent thought leadership in support of the client’s marketing and communication needs.

Relationship management, project management, or process management experience is a plus.
