Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals

Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner to create extraordinary experiences

Ensure customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and follow legal requirements

Maintain a safe, clean, sanitized and organized store

Handle cash and open/close business

Manage daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in a retail/customer service environment

Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time (7+ hours per day)

Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance

Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends
