Company Description Service Sales- Maintaining and going after new business Role Description This is a full-time, off-site role for a Service Sales Specialist located in Houston and Beaumont TX. The Service Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, promoting and selling service offerings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, preparing proposals, coordinating with the service team, conducting customer follow-ups, and managing service-related inquiries. The role also involves achieving sales targets and collaborating with other teams to deliver outstanding service.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales, including closing and generating leads Knowledge of Training and Sales Management processes Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or related field is an advantage Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is desirable
