Position Overview
Run internal strategy meetings with current Drive clients to present product add-ons, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Partner with Strategists to pinpoint client needs and determine the right sequence of solutions. Present new services — websites, SEO, AI-search, CRM cleanup, email marketing, PPC — with clarity and measurable ROI. Build clean, detailed deal sheets outlining deliverables, timelines, and expectations. Manage the full sales process for renewals and expansions, from identification to close and onboarding. Use CRM and account performance data to spot upsell opportunities or potential churn risks. Protect Strategist time by handling sales conversations that don’t require senior leadership involvement. Communicate clearly and confidently with clients. Understand both marketing metrics (CTR, CPM, impressions) and business outcomes (ROI, revenue growth, churn). Can manage multiple accounts and follow-ups without losing track. Stay calm under pressure and professional when challenged. 1–3 years of experience in account management, renewals, internal sales, or customer success. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn Drive’s full product suite quickly.
