Senior Account Executive

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Multi-Media Account Executive, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to high-value clients and prospects. You’ll be responsible for developing strategic marketing campaigns, leveraging your network to grow revenue, and guiding clients through complex buying decisions across a full suite of solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

Own and manage a book of business with a strong focus on new revenue generation

Leverage your established network to drive opportunities and close high-impact deals

Conduct high-level client discovery meetings and present custom, data-informed solutions

Lead strategic planning across integrated campaigns

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction

Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert within the sales organization

Exceed revenue targets

What You’ll Bring:

5+ years of B2B sales experience

in media, marketing, or advertising (required)

Deep understanding of

broadcast, digital, and programmatic

marketing solutions

A proven track record of

quota overachievement

and

strategic new business wins

Strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers in Rockford

Expertise in

consultative selling

and long-term client relationship development

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

A strong personal drive, high positivity and collaborative spirit
