As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our outreach efforts, building relationships with universities and student housing leaders. You’ll play a key role in generating new business through structured outreach and professional persistence. Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach to university and student housing decision‑makers through phone, email, and other channels.
Actively work accounts, and maintain a punctual and accurate pipeline of customers to ensure accurate forecasting.
Use our database and CRM to track progress with prospects.
Nurture leads into active opportunities and move them through the sales process.
Travel during spring and fall move‑ins to support operations and strengthen customer relationships.
Represent College Products at industry conferences to generate leads and build partnerships.
Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
You’ll receive hands‑on training, sales resources, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, economics, or communications is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfort using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and digital prospecting tools.
Resilient, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in a high‑activity sales environment.
