Our national sales force consists of field‑based representatives who serve as a direct link between Tris and health‑care providers (HCPs) and clients. This territory covers Omaha, Lincoln, and the surrounding area. Qualified candidates must live within the territory.
The selected candidate will handle all operational aspects of pharmaceutical sales and service, including generating sales, communicating and promoting the clinical and economic benefits of the products, building and maintaining successful relationships, educating health‑care staff, and identifying new opportunities for growth. The incumbent collaborates cross‑functionally with internal departments and external resources on sales‑related issues.
Responsibilities
Establish, develop, and maintain successful business partnerships with targeted HCPs and staff within the assigned geographical territory; increase awareness through appropriate scientific information and educational programs.
Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to execute an integrated action plan that achieves defined territory and sales goals.
Create consultative, solution‑oriented partnerships with clients by meeting regularly with HCPs and staff to understand and discuss the company’s products and how they meet identified needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
Pharmaceutical Sales Representative: bachelor’s degree and minimum 1 year sales experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, B2B, capital equipment, medical device, or related industry—REQUIRED.
Healthcare Sales Representative: bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years sales experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry with documented sales success—REQUIRED.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and independently managing and growing a territory—REQUIRED.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex sales and technical data and develop strategic, actionable business plans—REQUIRED.
Experience conducting successful consultative, solutions‑oriented sales calls—REQUIRED.
Excellent presentation skills—REQUIRED.
Ability to quickly learn, understand, and explain complex medical and scientific information—REQUIRED.
Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record—REQUIRED.
Ability to influence without direct authority—REQUIRED.
Anticipated salary range : $100–120k per year. Base salary will be commensurate with education and experience and based on industry standards and internal equity.
