Account Executive – Outside Sales Location:

Orlando and Jacksonville, Florida

Orlando and Jacksonville, Florida

Base pay range $85,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr

About The Role

Prospect and acquire new clients in the manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse industries

Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through account management

Build consultative relationships focused on understanding and solving client staffing needs

Develop tailored sales strategies and deliver compelling presentations

Travel daily to meet prospects, close deals, and maintain client relationships

Achieve sales targets and provide regular updates to leadership

Requirements

2+ years of B2B outside sales experience

Demonstrated success selling services (not products)

Comfort prospecting manufacturing, logistics or warehouse clients

Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and goal‑oriented

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to travel daily between client sites

Preferred

Staffing or light industrial workforce sales experience

Experience managing gross margins, markups, and pricing

Existing relationships in manufacturing/ logistics markets
