Enterprise Sales Manager – Germany
We are looking for an
Enterprise Sales Manager
to join a global leader in flexible workspace solutions in Germany.
Our client is the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace solutions, operating over 3,500 locations globally. They empower more than 8 million professionals with hybrid‑ready offices, enabling businesses of all sizes to boost productivity through flexible, inspiring, and collaborative workspaces.
What will you do?
Drive new revenue by sourcing, engaging, and converting enterprise clients (200+ white‑collar employees)
Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — across multiple geographies
Build C‑level relationships and develop account strategies to grow existing business
Collaborate with brokers and real‑estate advisors to expand market reach
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
Deliver accurate forecasts and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline
Requirements
Proven experience (1‑3 years) in B2B solution selling with a focus on enterprise accounts
Skilled in independently sourcing and progressing long‑cycle deals
Confident engaging senior stakeholders and influencing decision‑making
Strong commercial acumen and ability to exceed revenue targets
Experience in commercial real estate or flexible workspace is a plus
Comfortable navigating global, matrixed environments and cross‑functional teams
Native in German, and good knowledge of English
