Job Overview
Money‑Motivated Closers Wanted! Earn $150,000 – $300,000 per year. No cold calling; all leads are provided.
Base Pay Range $150,000 – $300,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Conduct 8–12 pre‑scheduled and confirmed in‑home appointments per week.
Meet with homeowners, assess their roofing needs, provide product and service recommendations, and ultimately close sales.
Close sales and achieve sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Attend trainings and stay up to date on company products and services.
Drive to pre‑set appointments with no cold calling or door‑knocking required.
Complete a thorough PAID two‑week training program with our dedicated sales training team as part of our onboarding process.
Attend regular sales meetings.
Compensation
Expected monthly earnings of $15,000 – $20,000.
On‑target annual earnings: $150,000 – $250,000.
Weekly draw against commission plus progressive uncapped commission.
Bonus opportunities and other incentives.
Schedule & Location
Monday–Friday appointments are scheduled at 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.; Saturday appointments at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Sales meetings are Monday–Thursday at 11 a.m.
Work location: Road Warrior – independent contractor traveling to customer sites.
Requirements
3 years of prior outside sales experience (mandatory).
Demonstrated history of successfully meeting sales objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to establish rapport and foster trust with customers.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Open to coaching and eager to acquire new skills.
High self‑discipline and motivation for financial success.
Proficient in using laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.
Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
