Our Team As an Account Manager at NOVUS, you will work cross‑functionally with the Customer Success Team, Key Account Executives, Sales Director, and Director of Operations to deliver exceptional service and results for our customers.

Primary Responsibilities Account Management:
Manage accounts from initial inquiry through final delivery
Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and NOVUS
Develop and cultivate assigned leads and accounts throughout the year
Collaborate with the Design Team to deliver customer mockups using Printavo
Enter invoices and manage orders and payments in Printavo
Build and manage team stores using Squarespace
Sort team store orders upon store close
Create purchase orders, product labels, and enter orders into production using Monday.com
Deliver best‑in‑class customer service across all assigned accounts
Customer Success and Service:
Answer incoming calls related to new inquiries and customer questions
Route information to appropriate NOVUS teams such as Sales and Operations
Communicate with customers via email for follow‑ups, service requests, and order coordination
Schedule order pickups and manage customer timelines
Solve problems and make sound judgment calls in fast‑paced situations
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with delivered products
Relay order issues to the Operations Manager in a timely manner
Maintain a clean, organized workspace to support efficiency
Provide direct support to the Outside Sales Team
Build and manage team stores to support sales efforts
Sort team store orders and place purchase orders
Skills for Success
Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and prioritization abilities
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
Schedule Monday–Friday, full‑time, some weekend work for conferences and events
