Account Manager, Biologics
role is about making an impact on people\'s health and well-being every day. As part of the Advanced Wound Management (AWM) team, you will call on hospitals, wound care centers and private offices to provide key brands such as Santyl, Iodosorb and other products for all types of wound injuries on patients. We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who strive to exceed quotas and perform at the top of rankings year over year. Generate a territory plan of action to attain and achieve territory sales goals, utilizing strong sales, territory management, and customer relationship skills. Educate end users on the clinical benefits of Smith & Nephew products. Deliver sales presentations to key customers and customer groups, and conduct product lunches and dinners for identified groups. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers and thought leaders. What will you need to be successful?
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 3 years of B2B, direct selling or medical sales experience, preferably within the acute care setting Proven ability to present key concepts and recommendations to customers in formal and informal settings Strong analytical skills including pipeline management, territory analysis and territory planning; proven success with complex sales processes Experience selling in an environment with multiple call points and decision makers within an account Professional training program experience (e.g., Challenger Selling) Credentialing : All field sales professionals who are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role must successfully complete the credentialing process and comply with the requirements of those facilities, which can include adherence to vaccine protocols. Anticipated base compensation:
$85,000 - $95,000
USD annually. The actual base pay offered will be based on factors such as job knowledge/skills, experience, location, and internal equity. It is not typical to be hired at the high end of the range for this role. Sales commission and incentives based on targets; compensation decisions depend on role and candidate facts and circumstances.
