This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive based in Las Vegas, NV, with some flexibility to work from home. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day‑to‑day tasks include prospecting and outreach, conducting product demonstrations, creating proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role requires a results‑driven individual who can act as a trusted advisor for clients and contribute to the company’s growth. Qualifications

Proven sales skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship‑building with clients and stakeholders Managing sales process in HubSpot Understanding of Employee Engagement Software or SaaS platforms Ability to analyze and address client needs effectively and proactively Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Experience working with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 clients Job Details
