Key Accountabilities

Address day‑to‑day customer needs and requests.

Maintain professional conduct with good communication skills on phone and email.

Show extreme attention to detail and multitask across several projects or customer requests/orders.

Work with operations to resolve customer service issues.

Assist with customer billing issues.

Ensure vendor information is complete in the system.

Update customer records by maintaining account information.

Prepare shipping documents (e.g., labels, compliance labels, BOLs).

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints, determining causes, selecting and explaining solutions, expediting corrections, and following up to ensure resolution.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Cross‑train as required.

Balance team and individual responsibilities and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Participate in developing a safe and healthy workplace, complying with safety procedures and cooperating with management to fulfill legislative obligations.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Ability to use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web‑based and job‑specific software applications; accurate typing and data entry skills; ability to generate routine reports.

Basic arithmetic skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).

Strong communication skills, responding promptly and professionally to customer needs; presenting information effectively one‑on‑one or in small groups; basic written correspondence.

Balance team and individual responsibilities and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Education & Experience Minimum

– High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; prior experience in customer service, warehousing, shipping and receiving is a plus.

Preferred

– Bilingual is a plus, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits Compensation

– Base salary range $17,000–$25,000 USD per annum, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.
