About the Role
Rally Strategies is hiring an Event Sales Assistant to support our Houston-based face‑to‑face sales and promotional events. This is an entry‑level, in‑person sales role focused on direct customer engagement at live events, retail activations, and pop‑up campaigns. This position involves face‑to‑face sales interactions with customers and requires strong verbal communication skills. You will work on‑site at promotional events, representing client brands and supporting event‑based sales activities. Sales and customer interaction are core responsibilities of this role, and performance is measured through customer engagement, communication, and event sales results. Key Responsibilities
Conduct face‑to‑face sales conversations with customers at live events Promote products and services through in‑person customer engagement Answer customer questions and deliver accurate product information Support event setup, breakdown, and brand presentation Assist with promotional events, pop‑up campaigns, and retail activations Track basic sales activity and customer feedback Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations Candidate Requirements
No previous event or sales experience is required; full training is provided. However, this role requires confidence speaking with customers and comfort working in public, customer‑facing, in‑person environments.
