Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of events from concept to completion
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for event logistics
Help manage event budgets and track expenses
Set up and break down event spaces according to client specifications
Provide on‑site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly
Assist in the development of marketing materials and event promotion strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
