Structural Welder/Fabricator
Schedule Night Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm (OT as needed)
Pay $23.00 - $26.00+ per hour (DOE) plus full benefits package
Location West Fargo, ND
Summary Responsible for the safe and efficient fabrication of steel products. The Welder I is an entry‑level welding position, with all work being completed with close supervision.

Work on basic manufacturing assignments that have set standards.
Follow detailed instructions while observed closely by a supervisor or lead.

Learn to read blueprints.

Work safely and accurately.
Promote prompt and dependable attendance.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualities
Perform simple flat and horizontal welds and flat groove welds.
Fit and weld subassemblies with tack or spot weld.
Perform measurements within specified tolerances.
Exhibit knowledge of material identification, equipment utilization and welding equipment set‑up and maintenance.
General knowledge of equipment and operations.
Basic understanding of weld symbols.
Understand and follow oral and written directions.
Read a tape measure (imperial and metric).
Accept responsibility and account for actions.
Perform work accurately and thoroughly.
Be truthful and credible in the workplace.
Make decisions or take actions to solve a problem or reach a goal.
Be dependable and trustworthy.
Education and Work Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred.
One year of welding experience preferred.
