Region covers Arizona, New Mexica and Iowa. Successful candidate must reside in Albuquerque, NM or Phoenix, AZ. This role will make a difference by providing great care and love for our treasured residents.
Compensation and Benefits
Full-time – Salary
Pay Range: $140,000.00 – $150,000.00

Summary of Role We require a Clinical Support Specialist who will travel to communities requiring nurse leadership. The role will fill in for the Wellness Director when vacant and support areas that need clinical leadership. You will provide leadership over the physical, mental, and social health of our residents, build caring relationships, ensure medical care plans are applied, maintain open communication, and promote a sense of well‑being.
Duties and Responsibilities
This is a traveling position requiring travel to our communities within Colorado.
Coordinate care for residents, disseminating information to families, staff, physicians and third‑party providers.
Perform pre‑admission and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and psychosocial needs.
Order medications and oversee residents' medication schedule.
Ensure all prescribed medications are available by auditing medication records, cart twice weekly, and proper documentation for medication assistance administration.
Provide training, supervision, and monitoring of Medication Care Managers in the administration and documentation of medications.
Job Qualifications
Maintain an RN license issued by the State of Colorado and required certifications/training.
Willingness and desire to travel regularly.
5 years of strong clinical experience in assisted living, skilled nursing or hospital setting (highly preferred).
Knowledge of state regulations and compliance management.

Walking up steps, hallways on carpet, concrete, asphalt, linoleum, etc.
Use of small appliances and office equipment.
Work Environment: Administrative & department offices, resident suites and areas, building and grounds, outside community, agency offices, healthcare providers, educational institutions, travel to meetings and seminars.
Team members scheduled 24+ hours per week eligible for benefits; families of said members also eligible.
