As a
Hire Coordinator
based in
Chesterfield
you’ll be responsible for:
Taking telephone and email enquiries from customers daily
Producing and tracking quotes for customers
Liaising internally with the business nationally around customer needs, as well as managing customer expectations
Building and maintaining customer relationships whilst being able to upsell
This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between -

Excellent communication skills, both with internal and external stakeholders
To be self‑motivated and willing to learn
To have confidence when speaking with customers over the phone and the ability to form and maintain relationships
Hire experience is desirable
