This role covers safe setup and operation of all printing phases, including plate installation/removal, registration of print images, and minor repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Position Details
Location: Mooresville, NC
Shift: 12‑hour, 6:30 PM–6:30 AM
Pay: $22.39–$36.78 per hour (plus $1/night shift differential)
Hiring status: Immediate hiring
Responsibilities
Set up and operate all phases of the printing operation, ensuring safe and efficient processes.
Install and remove printing plates, mandrels, and related equipment; register print images and set up new prints at acceptable quality and rate.
Perform minor repairs, troubleshoot processes, and carry out preventive maintenance tasks.
Direct packers assigned to operator lines, handle related paperwork, and conduct quality inspections of product.
Provide break relief for other positions in the department, maintain general housekeeping of the work area and equipment, work safely, and perform other duties assigned by department leaders and management.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 2 years printing experience or production equipment operation with machine adjustments.
Demonstrated problem‑solving and mechanical skills.
Clear written and verbal communication; ability to perform basic mathematics.
Teamwork orientation.
