Job Description The customer service / inside sales position communicates with customers and internal groups to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of daily B2B sales orders. Orders are entered into our ERP software. Ideal candidate is bilingual in English and one or more of Chinese / Thai / Vietnamese to serve our Thai and Vietnamese clientele. Working knowledge of food ingredients from a restaurant environment is a big plus.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience
Working knowledge of sales order fulfillment pipeline and Enterprise planning software
Existing food product knowledge a big plus
