Credit & Collections Specialist Senior The Credit & Collections Specialist Senior will be responsible for complex collection activities related to past due health insurance premiums and/or past due health insurance claims.

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1‑2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

Responsibilities

Follows established guidelines, contacts group for the purpose of collecting past due insurance premiums and/or past due health insurance claims.

Researches validity of past due and/or disputed debt.

Prepares reports reflecting status of credit and collection activities for management review.

Qualifications Requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of commercial debt collection experience; or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences

Healthcare/claims experience preferred.

Compensation Salary range: $20.05/hr to $31.45/hr.
