Partner Enablement Coordinator – TEKsystems
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid, on site in NY). Contract position.
Compensation: $40.00 - $65.00/hr.

Description The North America Partner Enablement team is looking for an enthusiastic, self‑directed project manager to help track channel marketing programs, campaigns and initiatives. The role involves engaging consumers across retail online and in‑store channels, building requirements, and communicating cross‑functionally with Creative, Marketing and Sales teams.
Responsibilities
Track the execution of channel marketing activities in retail.
Build the retail team partner communications monthly newsletter.
Aggregate NA Retail annual marketing plans into a unified calendar view.
Assist with aggregating cross‑functional activity from visual merchandising and field services to provide a holistic view of NA Retail activities.
Support channel marketing managers with online content and campaign activities across retailers, ensuring brand standard compliance.
Track and manage creative asset requirements, specs, and requests to ensure timely delivery to specifications.
Route creative assets between external and internal teams for review, approval and final handoff.
Manage enhanced content through syndication partners.
Oversee weekly reporting updates by the Partner Enablement team.
Develop and manage ongoing updates to the NA Retail sell‑in deck.
Partner with the CMM team to launch and remove promotions for retail PDPs.
Support Partner Enablement with NPI review programs.
Provide auditing support for retailer reviews and Q&A.
Assist with partner meeting logistics, room setup, and material gathering.
Help plan off‑sites as needed.
Qualifications
Strong marketing project management experience or creative agency background.
Proven experience supporting processes or programs that improve team efficiency and impact.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive and resourceful.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with peers and stakeholders.
Comfortable and enjoys working in fast‑paced and often ambiguous environments.
Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, MS Excel, and project management tools and software.
