A Day in the Life of a Customer Account Representative
Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences through "white glove" service, obtaining new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
Deliver products and facilitate pickup, ensuring safe and compliant loading/unloading, installation, and proper vehicle maintenance.
Maintain an inviting store, refurbishing merchandise to like‑new condition, and keeping showroom dusted, vacuumed, and organized.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum age 18 years
Valid state driver's license with a good driving record – you will be driving company vehicles.
Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical Demands The physical demands described here represent the functions required to perform the job. The role involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, lifting, and moving heavy items while adhering to safety guidelines.
Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time position with work scheduled Monday through Saturday, from store open to close. Sundays off along with one other weekday off. Hours and overtime may vary with management and business needs.
