Order Picker – Stockton Distribution Center

Are you a detail‑oriented and organized individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment? PACE Supply is seeking motivated Order Pickers to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Operate order picking equipment such as cherry pickers and reach lifts to efficiently select and pack a variety of products.
Scan and pick using radio‑frequency guns to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Meet company productivity standards while thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
Under direct supervision, prepare merchandise for customers by promptly filling and packaging orders for will‑call or shipping.
Look up part numbers, quantities, product locations, and customer information on the computer and/or RF scanner.
Refill shelves and racks from overstock, as needed.
Receive orders from supervisors via prepared and prioritized work tags.
Pull orders from inventory and assigned zones, manually and/or utilizing forklift.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a cooperative manner with customers, co‑workers, and managers.
Maintain cleanliness of the overall facility to support safety standards, with an emphasis on the area assigned to the work group.
Schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM start time with daily overtime.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent education required. Two‑ or four‑year college degree in logistics, supply‑chain management, or business administration preferred.
Warehouse, plumbing, retail/customer service, and forklift experience desirable but not required.
Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.
Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data.
Hands‑on commitment to getting the job done.
Ability to recognize and read location, date, and product codes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Flexibility to operate and self‑driven to excel in a fast‑paced environment.
Capability to multi‑task, highly organized, with excellent time‑management skills.
Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.

Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Specific vision abilities required: distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
Environmental Conditions
Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
Occasional exposure to high, precarious places and vibration.
Noise level usually moderate.
