Service Desk Technician
Our client is currently seeking a Service Desk Technician to provide technical support for computer software and hardware products and services. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for technology and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, this company wants to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support of computer software and hardware products and services
Perform troubleshooting and repairs on Windows as well as some Apple products
Perform troubleshooting on remote VPN connectivity
Perform password resets and user assignment in Active Directory
Perform troubleshooting on mobile devices, iPhone/iPad, and Android
Requirements
3+ years of experience in MS Windows environment
Associate degree in technical field or related professional certifications (preferred)
Professional experience handling desktop and laptop break/fix support
Professional experience troubleshooting MS Office 365 products
Experience using ticketing systems, ServiceNow preferred
