Representative Responsibilities

Enthusiastically promote the brand by being an ambassador for Carhartt, while ensuring actions align with our corporate mission and values.

Deliver the ultimate retail consumer experience with every consumer interaction.

Provide a genuine consumer connection by focusing on delivering exceptional, engaging, efficient, and personalized experiences, while telling the Carhartt story.

Execute visual merchandising and visual standards to ensure products are properly displayed.

Engage with the team by contributing positive and collaborative ways, bringing your best to work each day.

Actively participate in performance and talent management processes, including development, training, coaching, and feedback, with a proactive focus on performance growth.

Support leadership by upholding operational standards and working safely, including adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Work as a team member to achieve/exceed the overall store's total revenue goals.

Identify sales opportunities, find the best solution for each individual consumer, and drive sales by meeting and exceeding consumer expectations.

Support execution of community engagement events.

Assist the Store Leaders with bringing forth ideas to grow brand awareness in the community.

Own your own development and professional growth.

Required Education

There is no required education level for this role.

Required Skills & Experience

Previous retail experience preferred.

Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills.

Exceptional team and collaboration skills.

PC skills: POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Typical retail environment; store setting. Extended periods standing, typing on a computer required.

Moderate lifting (30–40 lbs).

Retail hours.

National travel required (up to 5%).

On‑site location: All work‑related activities are conducted on‑site.
