Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

$26-$28 per hour

What You’ll Do Each Day

Lead and perform commercial overhead door installations and service work in the field

Install sectional doors, rolling steel doors and grilles, high‑lift and vertical‑lift systems

Install and troubleshoot motor operators, controls, and safety devices

Install and service dock equipment, including levelers, seals, and shelters

Act as lead installer on job sites, setting daily priorities and directing crews

Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality, safety, and OSHA standards

Set, tension, and adjust torsion and extension spring systems, tracks, hardware, and operators

Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and manufacturer requirements

Troubleshoot field issues and make real‑time installation adjustments

Communicate clearly with project managers, customers, and installation teams

Use tablets, phones, or computers for job documentation, reporting, and scheduling

Maintain clean, organized, and compliant job sites

Train and mentor installers on proper techniques and safety practices

Safely operate company vehicles, lifts, and power tools

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of commercial overhead door installation experience

Proven experience leading crews or serving as a lead installer or field supervisor

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage time, materials, and manpower

Comfortable using digital tools for job tracking and communication

Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and stand for extended periods

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred

Manufacturer training or certifications are a plus

Lift equipment, electrical, or low‑voltage experience is a plus
