We’re looking for a Social Producer / Editor who can confidently own social production from strategy through execution—someone who’s as comfortable collaborating with clients as they are editing content and shipping assets.

The Role This is a highly collaborative, client‑facing, hands‑on production role. As a Social Producer / Editor, you’ll help shape social strategy and execution for assigned accounts while acting as a key point of contact for incoming client requests across talent, PR, and marketing teams.

You’ll balance strategic thinking with real‑world execution—producing, editing, reviewing, and publishing content while coordinating with editors, media managers, and partner teams to keep content pipelines moving smoothly. Your work will directly impact how major entertainment brands show up on social, day in and day out.

What You’ll Do Client Partnership & Communication You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for social‑related communication, helping clients navigate content planning, scheduling, and production needs with clarity and confidence. You’ll translate requests into actionable creative direction and ensure work stays aligned with strategy, brand voice, and platform best practices.

Production Leadership & Quality Control You’ll support and collaborate with editors and media managers to deliver high‑quality social content on time. This includes reviewing and approving assets, giving clear creative feedback, anticipating bottlenecks, and helping solve production challenges before they slow things down.

Hands‑On Content Creation You’ll produce, edit, and publish social content—including clips, short‑form videos, memes, and promotional assets—using a mix of Social Department AI tools and traditional editing workflows (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.). You’ll maintain high editorial standards while adapting tone and style across different brands and IP.

Cross‑Team Collaboration You’ll act as a bridge between Partner Success, creative teams, and client stakeholders—keeping everyone aligned and informed. You’ll also contribute to improving internal workflows, documentation, and best practices as the team and toolset evolve.

Occasional On‑Set & Field Support As needed, you may support light on‑set or in‑field social capture, including BTS moments, talent content, or real‑time assets.

What We’re Looking For Must‑Haves

3+ years of experience in social media content production, digital marketing, or a related production role

Hands‑on experience editing social video using tools such as

Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar platforms

Agency, media, or entertainment industry experience , with an understanding of fast‑paced, client‑driven workflows

Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in client‑facing situations

Deep familiarity with major social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X

Nice‑to‑Haves

Experience shooting mobile‑first or BTS social content

Familiarity with social analytics, performance metrics, and platform algorithms
