Responsibilities
The National Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting development of and executing a unified marketing strategy that supports the company's national growth goals across all regions. This role partners closely with Regional and Division Managers, project teams, HR, Safety, and Business Development to ensure consistent brand representation, effective communication, and targeted marketing initiatives that elevate the company's presence in the heavy civil construction industry. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Regional and Division Managers to create a cohesive national marketing strategy aligned with regional priorities and business objectives. Develop, lead, and evaluate marketing campaigns that support strategic growth initiatives and enhance brand visibility. Identify and propose new marketing initiatives that advance business development efforts and strengthen client relationships. Content Development & Brand Presence Coordinate with project teams across all regions to capture key project milestones, ensuring timely and accurate content on company marketing channels. Maintain and manage a national roster of photographers and videographers to support high-quality content creation. Create and implement an SEO strategy to optimize website performance and improve search visibility. Leverage social media opportunities to support talent acquisition and reinforce Posillico's safety initiatives. Leadership & Management Supervisory opportunities, providing clear direction and growth opportunities to entry and junior level marketing employees. Business Development Support Support New York, New Jersey, Florida, Texas and Virginia markets. Lead the Dallas Business Development meeting and conduct research on new opportunities, industry trends, and prospective clients. Qualifications
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, MBA a plus. 5-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or related industries. Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities across regions. Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
