Role Overview

We are seeking a

Loyalty Marketing Program Support Specialist

to support corporate retail loyalty and credit initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience supporting loyalty or credit programs, campaign execution, and cross‑functional coordination within a retail environment.

The successful candidate will partner closely with Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and external financial partners to support the planning, execution, and tracking of loyalty‑focused campaigns across digital and print channels.

Key Responsibilities Campaign & Creative Support

Assist in developing creative and campaign briefs for loyalty and credit initiatives

Participate in campaign and creative review cycles to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and functional execution across digital and print channels

Support quality assurance efforts related to customer‑facing campaign materials

Program & Project Coordination

Maintain campaign and project trackers to support timelines, deliverables, and dependencies

Update and manage the loyalty program promotional offer calendar

Support ongoing planning and execution meetings across cross‑functional teams

Reporting & Insights Support

Help consolidate reporting across site and marketing channels related to loyalty campaigns

Partner with analytics and marketing teams to support campaign performance tracking

Cross‑Functional & Partner Collaboration

Partner with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Operations to support campaign planning and execution

Coordinate with external credit and banking partners to support campaigns executed on behalf of the organization

Act as a reliable point of coordination to ensure alignment across teams and vendors

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in retail or a similar consumer‑focused industry

Previous experience supporting loyalty and/or credit programs strongly preferred

3+ years of program, project, or marketing support experience

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional corporate environment

Nice to Have

Prior experience supporting corporate retail loyalty programs

Exposure to multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital and print)

Experience working closely with financial services or credit partners
