Core Responsibilities
Corporate Planning
Plan and execute initiatives related to corporate governance.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve frameworks for managing company-wide policies and procedures.
Perform general corporate planning tasks assigned by managers.
Affiliate Management
Oversee management operations for affiliated companies and investment entities.
Draft, review, and administer contracts with affiliates and investment targets.
Establish and maintain frameworks necessary for effective management operations.
Manage application and approval processes for affiliates and investment entities.
Loan Management
Conduct loan management operations.
Prepare and coordinate necessary documentation and manage internal approval processes.
Ensure compliance with all required internal and external procedures and systems related to asset management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2-3 years of experience.
English / Japanese bilingual (reading/writing/speaking).
Ability to understand policies and procedures written in Japanese and English.
Excellent business e‑mail writing skill.
Excellent interpersonal skill.
Working experience in banking industry preferred.
Ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (preferred).
The expected base salary ranges from $80,000.00 – $100,000.00. Salary offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and certifications.
Other Requirements Mizuho has a hybrid working program with varying opportunities for remote work depending on the nature of the role and local laws. Some departments have greater in‑office requirements that will be communicated during recruitment.
