Relationship Manager

Job Overview The Relationship Manager builds and maintains strong partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, property managers, and referral partners. This role focuses on long‑term relationship growth, service advocacy, and brand representation in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with referral partners and industry professionals

Serve as the primary point of contact for partner accounts

Conduct in‑person and virtual meetings to strengthen partnerships

Promote service offerings and communicate value clearly

Identify opportunities for account growth and collaboration

Track relationship activity and maintain detailed CRM records

Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements Qualifications & Requirements

3+ years in relationship management, account management, or sales

Strong understanding of real estate, home services, or inspection industries preferred

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Selfmotiv with strong follow‑through and accountability

Comfortable with CRM tools and reporting

Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
