Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? If so, you need to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio! We are looking for positive, confident, results‑oriented team members who love to connect with people. The ideal candidate will be able to fill openings a minimum of 3 shifts or 20 hours per week. Typical shifts are Weekday mornings 7:30–2:30 pm; weekday evenings 2:30–8:30 pm, and weekend shifts mornings 7:30–1 pm and weekend afternoons 1–5:30 pm. Other shifts available for pick up as able.

A verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience

Evening and weekend availability

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Maintain a pristine studio environment

Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere

Reach out to leads using our CRM with high‑energy

Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership

Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments

Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome

Administer studio tours for new guests

Answer all questions about services and the facility

Clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms

Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
